Made from highly wear-resistant material, the replaceable SP Teeth deliver twice the service life of conventional welded teeth (compared with our previous models).
The bolt-on design allows worn teeth to be replaced quickly and easily right at the jobsite, eliminating the need for time-consuming hardfacing, welding repairs, or other maintenance. This helps reduce downtime, lower maintenance costs, and support labor-saving operations.

No Customization and Additional Battery/Generator required

Whereas conventional types require modifications such as electrical wiring to excavator body side, MAG-GON does not require any customization.
MAG-GON can work immediately after installation, regardless of type of hydraulic excavator. No additional batteries or generators are required.

Special Steel Blade

The special steel cutting blades with excellent toughness, which come equipped as standard, can be used on four sides, and can cut reinforcing bars during pulverization. Special forged steel is employed for the crushing teeth. Another notable feature is their excellent maintainability, with easy replacement and repair.
