Twin Cylinder Crushing Cutter DI-SRC Crushing Cutter
A versatile machine for demolishing SRC structures that combines a cutter and a crusher!
A unique, robust cylinder structure has achieved an industry-leading wide jaw opening and light weight. It can easily handle any work, including cutting steel frames and crushing, in addition to demolishing SRC structures.
Three types are available: S type (hydraulic rotation), A type (automatic rotation), and a hybrid model AS type.

Ultimate solution for demolishing SRC structures!
I-shaped blades
composed of long special steel blades
Not only do the I-shaped blades crush, but they also powerfully cut steel frames contained in SRC structures! The DI-SRC is an SRC cutter ideal for demolishing foundation structures. The series also includes the DX-SRC, which features a specially designed shape that bites into columns.

All-blade design extending to the tips of the blade holder!
The all-blade design extends to the tips of the blade holders! Both the tip and joint sides of the cutting blades can be used on all four sides, making it even more economical. In addition to crushing work with the teeth at the tip and in the middle, it can also cut steel frames contained in SRC structures. The strengthened jaws are a top-quality product machined from original steel material specially designed for cutters.

A first in the industry! Attachable to any excavator! Introducing the new hybrid AS type.
Introducing the new AS type, the industry's first rotation type. This hybrid model combines the conventional A type and S type. Easily set with the switching valve, you can select "A mode = automatic rotation" for the excavator with two-line piping and "S mode = full rotation" for the excavator with five-line piping.

・ Double two-way hydraulic piping is required for S type (including AS type in S mode). (However, drain piping is required when the back pressure of the rotation line exceeds 2 MPa.)
・ Single two-way hydraulic piping is required for A type (including AS type in A mode). (Rotation may not be possible when the operating pressure is low.)
・ We recommend reinforcing the stick of a hydraulic excavator that has this product installed.
・ The attachment cannot be installed on a hydraulic excavator of a different class.
